Cindy Lies On The Stand Once Again As Jose Baez Asks Her Questions

Cindy Anthony lied again today. Jose Baez asked her if she sent Dominick Casey on the stand . She blinked a lot and drew hr shoulders in as you can see. These are two signals of deception.

Then Jose asked her is she told Yuri Melich that she sent someone down by the woods and they came up with nothing. Look at three signals of deception Cindy exhibits. She shrugs her shoulders and hunches them forward. She closes her eyes and purses her lips. Al of these signals together indicate that someone is not tellings the truth.

Then Jose asks if they were looking for a blanket, Cindy then  gives way too much information about a Winnie the Pooh blanket and 70 items. It was not called for. When people give too much information that is not requested it  usually means the person has something to hide.

Here Cindy swallows hard as you can see the muscle tension in her neck as well Jose Baez asked if she got into an argument with Lee. She denied it, However there were too many signals of deception which showed she was lying.

Then Lee got on the stand and told the truth as there were no observable signals of deception. He refuted everything his mother said. He said th at she told Dominick Casey to video and also Yuri Melich that she had someone video  the area and that nothing was found. He also described the altercation he had with his mother.

As Lee spoke he was forthright. It was clear Cindy lied. She is despicable. I hope Linda or Jose files charges against her for lying. She cannot get away with this.

What is the reason why Cindy did not want Lee to know about Casey pregnancy, attend the baby shower, or get involved with Caylee? Was it because Cindy may have thought Lee was the father? Why did Cindy name the baby Cay lee  after Lee? Why ewas he given immunity? Why was he so adamant about not getting his DNA tested?

Is that why they did not allow him at the birth but allowed George to be there? I remember early on when Cindy spoke on one of the morning shows and had her hand on Lee’s upper  thigh. It was a hand placement like  a woman would do to her husband or boyfriend, not to her son. I remember it creeping me out back then.

What was going on in that family with no boundaries? Casey was raised  by a bunch of liars. She must have snapped just like she snapped in the courtroom with he  scary anger outburst. No doubt she learned her lying and temper outbursts  from Cindy.  http://drlillianglass.com

Ice Cold Expressionless Casey Listens To Her Own Lies to Police Doesn’t React and Calls Caylee “IT

The above photo is clearly the he look of evil an no remorse. As Casey heard her own voice telling lie after lie to the officers who questioned her when she lead them on a wild goose chase at Universal Studious, we see her with  no  facial reaction whatsoever. Instead there was a mask-like facial expression of detachment and curiosity. It was as though she was curiously  listening to someone else speaking  and not  her speaking.

There was no upset or no reaction except  where she shook her head “no” when there was  a reference to what she may have done to Caylee. No doubt she did that for the purpose of having the jury  seeing her deny any wrongdoing.

The lies were sickening to hear. One of the tell tale signs that she was lying is that she had a monotone voice along with giving way too much information when she was not asked for that information.

The fact that she walked with a purpose  towards her imaginary office as Yuri Melich said and showed no emotion or remorse and stuck to her story makes me even more convinced that she is a sociopath . The officers tried to do everything with her  and she would not budge. They used the good cop bad cop routine. They yelled at her. They were harsh with her. Then they had the good cop, Appie Wells try to befriend her  and show compassion.

He was able to get out the fact that her mother was causing her pressure. It was even brought out that sometimes accidents happen and that they could help her. But she never wavered.

They even gave a scenario of  the child drowning and how it happens so often. Casey never  responded. If Caylee had drowned this would have been Casey’s  perfect opportunity to admit what happened. But she did not because most likely Caylee never drowned. Casey never wavered. She was calm under pressure and showed no emotion on the tapes

In fact, she wore down the officers as she continued lie after lie after lie.

But  even through all the lies, when she realizes she has won after the officers wrap up the session, Casey says something profound.

She volunteers the statement  “If I didn’t want my daughter, I would have given it to my mother,” To me this lie speaks volumes . What she meant to say was  I didn’t want my daughter, I wouldn’t   give it to my mother.”

This says it all.  It  shows the motive of  why she killed Caylee. She did not want  Caylee and would not allow her mother to have Caylee. The fact she called Caylee IT speaks volumes! Caylee was a non person Casey to. She was a burden to her and to her social life.

Casey told Lee that she was a  “spiteful bitch“. This couldn’t be more true.   http://www.dillianglass.com

Casey Anthony New Look in Black, New Body Language and Seriousness of Judge Perry

It seems that Jose Baez and the defense team may be taking my blogs to heart when it comes to Casey as there has been a dramatic change in Casey both dress wise and in her courtroom body language and demeanor.

There has been a dramatic shift in her appearance from Day 1 to Day 11.

From an image point  view Casey looks  much better in the black pants complete with matching black flat ballet type shoes. It gives her a more mature look. The black top underneath with the ruffles work. Image wise it says a lot. Black speaks of mourning. Even if she isn’t mourning for Caylee, she is mourning for herself and that at least keeps it real.

If she wore  a black suit jacket with the blouses she has underneath them it would be a sign of respect on her part and  would also distance her from the party girl image.

Her hair also looked much better – away from her face and de-Snookied. She looked serious and ready to face her jurors without a manipulative baby style that would subconsciously anger jurors.

Casey deserves a fair trial and if she keeps dressing as she did when the jurors were sworn in, along with a black jacket to go with her black pants, I believe she is  more likely to get that fair trial. As she keeps it real, the jury can focus on what is really important and not be prejudiced by her look or appearance or, behavior.

On day one, Casey cried like a baby and she didn’t look at the jurors. Whether Jose said or didn’t say to Casey to not act like a two year old, the bottom line is that she got it that the baby behavior would not be tolerated by him. As a result she bucked up.

As the jurors were being sworn in, she looked  directly at  all of them and she didn’t cry.  But, it  may be too little too late for some of the jurors who  may remember their first impression of her of not  looking at them.

This time around, her behavior was appropriate. She looked directly at the jurors. The reality of her situation began to  set in.

The only time she flinched a bit was when she rose and  they walked out of the jury room. She could see concrete evidence that these 12 people had her life in their hands.

She also seemed a lot more comfortable, once again sitting  between Mason and Baez.

The outburst at the trial by the woman who was mentally ill  appeared to surprise  Casey as it did everyone else. The woman was lucky that she just got 2 days in jail instead of the 179 days. The whole incident was sad and sickening to watch, especially as she nervously  plead her case to Judge Perry. She obviously had no business  being in the courtroom.

Personally I thought she should have just been admonished and pay a fine because of her condition. I felt sorry for her especially when she was up there terrified and shaking and couldn’t speak. But no doubt Judge Perry felt he had to make an example of her. After all, she did  a really bad thing which could have done irreparable harm  to the case. It seems that due to her condition and medications she may not have her filters working well so she burst out whatever was on her mind.

Maybe this incident will help her to get more sorted out in her life. No doubt someone in the media will interview her after she gets out of jail and perhaps pay her  for an interview or  even give her a licensing fee for photos of her  two year old Apparently  it has been reported that the  Anthony’s  have  made money this way-selling photos of Caylee to the media.

Maybe  the press will spin the story as the ” outburster”  being  a sympathetic character who couldn’t contain her own emotions because she too was a mother of a 2 year old and could never hurt her child. So  there may silver lining for her after all.

ATTENDING THE CASEY ANTHONY TRIAL AT YOUR OWN RISK

What  happened in the courtroom was a preview of  what could happen to anyone sitting  in the audience. If  citizen, a   journalist or reporter whispers or makes any comments that can be heard  or  makes facial expressions, they could not only be booted out of the courtroom, they could be fined and sentenced as well. If  you come to the trial,  it is  at your own risk. So mind your behavior.

Judge Perry already warned about people in the gallery making facial expressions when witness testimony would be given. That particularly applies to George and Cindy who requested being in the courtroom throughout the trial, even though they were both witnesses as well.

Early on, George  had  been seen shaking his head “no” and mugging and smirking “ when Yuri Melich was on the stand. If he pulls that behavior again, Judge Perry will not stand for it. If he does it, we may very well see George getting thrown out of the courtroom, admonished, fined, and perhaps  sentenced as well. The same applies to Cindy as well.It may be  especially very very hard for her to contain herself as she hears Jose and his team throw her and George and Lee under the bus for being such poor parents.

Judge Perry does not want this overt expression because he does not want the jury to be influenced in any way.
