BODY LANGUAGE SHOWS SINCERITY AND SHAME
One of Tiger Woods’ mistresses (number 2) Jaime Grubb was interviewed by Extra. Her body language showed that she was indeed sincere in her apology. She made direct eye contact with the interviewer and did not fidget. There were no signals of deception which were observed in her facial or body language.
She also exhibited signals of embarrassment with her head cocked to the side as she looked down from time to time. It indicated that she felt shame and remorse especially when asked what she would say to Tiger’s wife, Elin Nordgren,
Her shoulders were also rounded and head was often bowed down, which further reflected her shame for her actions.
VOICE
The tone of her voice was parallel to her body language. Her voice indicated her sincerity and that she was telling the truth. It was direct and fluid.
There was also an upward inflection to her voice at the end of sentences which revealed that she was embarrassed about what she was saying in admitting what she did with Tiger.
A long pause time was evident when talking about how she felt about what she did to Elin This showed that she was really thinking about what she had done Her voice subsequently cracked with emotion, once again reflecting her empathy and sincerity and upset about what she did in terms of the effect it had on Elin. The hesitation reflected that she genuinely felt bad about what she did.
SPEECH CONTENT MATCHES BODY LANGUAGE
In terms of what she said, she “womaned up.” She admitted fault and took responsibility for her actions, which is impressive. “ I am not gonna admit what I did was OK” was what she said. She also said that she was deeply sorry for not considering Elin and discussed how she was in denial about Tiger having a wife since he never mentioned her. “I couldn’t describe how remorseful that I am to have hurt her family and her emotionally. -. I didn’t do it to purposely hurt her.”
She finally got wise and started to detach from Tiger when she realized that he was going to have a second baby with his wife. She candidly said that she did not see him even though he called her five days in a row.
When asked if she loved Tiger she honestly and openly admitted that would never let herself go there. When asked if Tiger loved her, she paused and smiled a nervous smile. Then she shook her head “no” and shrugged her shoulder in embarrassment as she faced the question head on with the realization that he no doubt never did love her.
The one thing that people may have had difficulty believing was when Jamie insisted she didn’t know Tiger was married when they first hooked up. She says, “I wouldn’t have pursued him if he didn’t pursue me. I mean, when he did, I just figured he was single and I didn’t think to ask.”
Her body language and voice pattern showed that she was telling the truth that she didn’t know he was married when they first met. But she definitely knew during the two years they were together.

While she was sincere and felt sorry, there is no doubt that Jaime Grubbs is milking her 15 minutes of fame and tying to turn it into another 15 minutes. Having been a reality show contestant she is no stranger to the limelight. After appearing on VH-1’s Tool Academy she obviously enjoyed the media attention and wanted more, That is why she was the first to come forward to admit her affair with Tiger Woods.
I hope that this is the last we will hear from her but I am almost certain that it won’t be. I wouldn’t be surprised if she got offers from Playboy or porn production companies or an offer to write a book about her two year affair. No doubt she will make a fortune off of her indiscretion.
