Does George Anthony’s Body Language Indicate He Will Sacrifice Himself for Casey?

After observing George Anthony’s body language in the courtroom while Casey and both the prosecution and defense and judge deliberated behind closed doors, I am convinced that George is prepared to fall on the sword for Casey. In the above photo he looks distressed and broken. Look at the puffiness and how gravity has pulled the muscles as the  lines in his facial structures course downwards. Look at the tension in his forehead. He is also red nosed as though he is about to cry for real.

Red nosed and forehead furrowing tell a great deal about George’s level of stress.

Here he looks down and begins reading. Kathi Bellich reported that he had a Bible with his yesterday. Maybe this is the same Bible or maybe it’s a draft of  a film script of his story. In any event he is reading. Nevertheless there is tension in his brow and forehead region.

Here we see George blowing his nose. He blows and blow and blows which indicates that he is congested, Maybe they are from tears or maybe he is coming down with something. I didn’t want to gross you out  so I neglected to show you the screenshot, but he then looks at what he blew out much like Casey does when she looks at her non tears.  So now we know where Casey got that particular  behavior.

George is feeling so anxious that he takes in a huge deep breath. His shoulders are raised as he sucks in all the air he can muster,

Then he blows out all of the air with all of his might. He does this to oxygenate himself. He is feeling very anxious and  this helps him release the tension he is under. He is under particular tension because he is obviously about to do something that he knows is not right and he knows is not true. It is the body’s way of dealing with the severe conflict in his system.

George looks so sad and dejected as he reads his Bible, script or  book. You can see the tension in his shoulders and around his lips and lower  jaw.

Moments later he looks up to the heavens as though he is about to say a prayer or convene with God and he blows out a huge puff of air in order to  oxygenate himself and release all of the tension he is experiencing.

Now he is experiencing a bout of  anger as we can see from his clenched hand, cocked head, forward  trusted jaw , and raised brow. Perhaps he is angry about doing what he plans to do for the sake of saving Casey.

Finally we see a beaten down George who looks sad as seen by his downturned lips and nervous. He is nervously awaiting to see what happens today as everyone is still in the Judge’s conference room.

George is clearly a mental mess. Who knows what his involvement in all of this really is. Was it an accident that he was involved with covering up as Baez said? Was it an “accident that snowballed”  as his mistress River Cruz told me personally? Did he help move the body to the woods as Cindy reported to Sargeant Allen when she leaked out information about woods when this was not even a consideration?

No doubt George feels guilty about something. While George and Cindy and Lee can testify that Baez didn’t have a conference with the family so that they could get their stories straight, it is very possible that it all took place through the Anthony’s third lawyer. They have all changed gears and are all prepared to sacrifice themselves from their murderer daughter and sister.

Remember how Casey told everyone her parents were leaving her the house and how she and her friends would be moving there? Well Casey may very well have that house if  George and Cindy and Lee  end up in jail for lying to the court and for molesting her as a child.

Cindy and Lee and George are misguided and their lies will come back to eat them up alive. Look at George. He is  a mental mess as you can see from the photos. He is conflicted. He knows what he is about to do is not right and it shows up in his body language. www.drlillianglass.com

  2. Something is amiss…BUT even if he tried to lie, his earlier testimony would make it look like a statement of desperation…dont think he could withstand the cross ex….AND it would then make it worse…especially with Cindy’s “mis-truths”???

  3. Something is going on for sure. George is so stressed as you mentioned. If you look at Cindy she too seems to have been crying. Casey nor CIndy have the same posture as yesterday. So why is Cindy, George and Casey crying???? Why was court terminated abruptly today? Defense and CASEY behind doors with the Judge. All sounds serious to me.
Dr. Glass, is it legal for a witness (Lee) to confer with the defense team after the trail has began?
You are so correct- ALL of the ANTHONY’S have changed gears. Lies, LIes-I hope if it is proven that these 3 have lied they are ALL prosecuted to the max. Poor Caylee, her mom threw her in the trash and now Lee, Cindy and George are taking up for her acused killer in some ways saying that Caylee’s life was of no value to these bottom feeders.
This little girls life was nothing to these people life goes on for them (will actually be better for them financially due to broker book, movies etc deals) buying expensive boat, extensive landscaping/home improvement, drawing disability money, floating in the very pool that Casey says was Caylee’s demise. ONe of your posts stated that George and Cindy were seen out on the lake boating in the Caylee Boat. This family is almost beyond comprehension for sure.

Everyone is asking why Caylee was not reported missing for 31 days-
Where was the devoted Grandmother, Grandfather and brother for 31 days They had grounds to find them, auto was in their name, Casey’s phone was being paid by them (pings).

  4. A most excellent review from you, Dr. Glass, you never disappoint in your truthful analysis–must thank you!
As for George, the jury saw Baez and him go at it during cross examination by Baez when George asked for respect, etc.. Now, if George is completely complacent with Baez during questioning, the jury is going to remember the earlier confrontation, put Cindy’s testimony in their minds, then Lee’s, then, now George, should he follow the ‘family plot’, and hopefully they will disregard the testimony of the three of them, and get back their focus solely on Casey and what she is on trial for. Perhaps, George should be praying for God’s guidance in that Bible. Thank you.

As long as the client doesn’t say to the attorney that they will lie on the stand, the attorney doesn’t have to report it and can accept it as truth, even if in the attorney’s mind it is doubtful as to the truthfulness.

  6. One of the reporter/lawyers on CNN, I think it was Jean, said that when riding in the elevator w/ G&C and then with L, G&C that on the first occasion George was standing with his head down and Cindy was kissing him on the shoulder. I think she has convinced him to take the fall and was being nice to him because he had said he would or that he would think about doing it.

On the second occasion when she saw all three of them she said George stood in the elevator facing not the door, but the back wall, and that C&L were standing with their two heads together whispering and conspiring with animation like they were plotting and planning.

This would be such a terrible mistake for them to make, sacrificing their lives for her life (KC) when she has really taken away the baby’s life. If I were in their place having heard and seen all she has done, I would be physically afraid of her being free. Maybe save her if they can from the DP, but don’t perjure yourselves and let a killer, a coldhearted baby killer go free.

  7. You are so right, Kim S., in that you take your clients as you find them. You can try to teach her how to behave in court, what to wear, etc., but you can not change the evidence of the case. She must be a nightmare to defend. Her only hope was to way back when before the baby’s body had been found, to broker a deal with the state saying that she would reveal the location if she were given a lighter penalty, avoiding the trial, saving her family the angst and maybe for once taking some responsibility for her actions. Baez should’ve tried to persuade her to do this, but he couldn’t make her do it.

  8. The prosecutors should put Tracy on the stand, the girl who stayed with Casey for nine days, and worked for Padilla. She was awakened one morning by George yelling at Casey…tell where the f… my granddaughter is…what the f… did you do with her. That would throw the pool accident through the roof. There is no way Casey would have stayed in jail for three years if this was an accident and if her father had anything to do with it…she would have run her mouth. George already got on the stand and said he didn’t molest his daughter and he didn’t have anything to do with her death….This whole case is nothing but a circus at the expense of justice for an innocent little girl. If Casey walks, the Anthony’s get what they deserve. All those millions they are supposed to get will be stolen by their own daughter. They will enable her till they die. Cindy should be ashamed of herself. She isn’t fooling anyone, but herself.

  9. I agree George is conflicted and nervous and scared and all of the things you mention. He seems near a breaking point, and different from what we usual see of him. I think he will do or try to do whatever Cindy tells him he must do. Just as you say, Dr. Glass. I also was wondering though, if he knows that something might be causing them court trouble, such as a lie found out, or evidence presented that was false. I keep thinking of the photo of Caylee by the sliding door and how tall she looks in it. If J B used it or something like it that he was aassured was true and then found out it wasn’t, George would be looking much as he is now. And carrying his Bible yesterday to ask that their falsehoods not be found out and hurt their daughter when they were trying to help her. All speculation, and thank you Dr. Glass for giving us the place to do that.

She is just looking away and chatting, could care less her “man” is falling apart. Not to mention she could care less what happens to sex abusers in prison.

All this sexual abuse? Who did those accusations come from? Casey, she lies about what she had for lunch.

JP only would say that it was a matter of law that required court to close. It must have had something to do with Cheny Mason because he was the one that requested the sidebar/chamber meeting that set this off. It’s a real mystery and when the press attempted to get the transcript they were informed that it was sealed.

  13. George is a defeated man. I think that when someone has tried to commit suicide it is because they feel helpless like there are no solutions, no way out, nothing will ever be okay. That is the Anthony family in a nutshell, it will never be okay and death seems to be the only escape from it all. Men especially don’t like to feel if they can’t fix things because men tend to be fixers. George appears to be unable or unwilling to be overly involved as a husband and father and now he is being forced into the limelight and it is pushing him over the edge. He has zero control and is a man who looks exhausted from dealing with years of this crap. I suspect that he wants to save his daughter but may not fall on the sword because it won’t bring enough peace and isn’t as certain as death/suicide. I think he will not live a long healthy life but will gradually suffer from the stressful emotional state that all of this has generated and he will die earlier than he would have had his life been less complicated and his family more willing to be aware of him. Cindy is demanding, Lee tries to coddle his mother and sister, Casey could care less about anyone and George just wants to hide or die.

How much more can this poor man take….As a father he was in charge of raising his children to be good law abiding citizens (along with Cindy) and I’m sure he feels like he’s failed. I agree with you Marianne, in that George’s life will be shortened by all this stress. To be thrown under the bus by your own child is unfathomable. Who does that? And to you Susan, George has his bible with him everyday in court. And please tell us when and where did George lie?

  16. I don’t suppose there will be a mistrial but there may be a plea deal in the making. I think that at some point Baez and his team may know that they can’t win so they will cut their losses and try to get the State to accept some lesser plea or some such thing. It’s possible that there might be evidence of tampering on the defenses part and the Judge may halt witness’s for the defense. It seems anything and everything is possible for this trial. Casey and her family have succeeded to continue to turn the world upside down and into a three ring circus. We are seeing such a small part of what happened every day in their family for years. All the lies, all the drama, everything that we are getting a small glimpse of is just the tip of the ice burg and enough to drive the most sane of people crazy. This family is a sick family who have been doing this over and over for years supporting each others bad behaviors and dysfunctions like a person who supports an alcoholic’s drinking habit. I hope that this will all be soon ended, that the Anthony family and their bs will stop wasting tax dollars for the State of Florida because Florida has enough financial issues to deal with without additional from a liar and her supporters. I kind of wish that they would plea bargain and end this crap and that Casey will just take the punishment and do her life sentence. No one on the Jury is actually going to believe that Casey is completely innocent so they will do something to punish her and I think her defense lawyer knows this, so a plea bargain isn’t impossible.

    1. I wish this was true and that the defense would settle for life without parole but I highly doubt that they would settle for 30 yrs. It is a big lie that Atty Lippman keeps stating that the Anthony family want to save Casey from the death penalty. What they want to save her from is spending another day in jail, IMO. I don’t think it’s a plea deal because Baez looked too cocky and upbeat walking out of court. He was smirking like he was proud of himself.

I honestly hate to give him the benefit of the doubt since I did that with Cindy and then had to sit here and watch her revert to form on the stand. I can honestly say that I pity anyone who is in this position and having to choose between truth and honesty. UGH! This is just insane.

  22. Oh and by the way these are quotes from an article about Casey Anthony and her Lawyer Jose Baez:

Inappropriate contact between Jose Baez and Casey Anthony:

Eyewitness News has discovered that on at least two occasions jail staff had to step in and Baez was warned repeatedly about hugging Casey during their visits.

A jail report states: “The inmate’s attorney was observed hugging inmate and was advised that physical contact was prohibited.”

A week later, another report stated: “Baez again observed hugging his client.”

Concerning movies rented the day Caylee disappeared:

One rented was “Untraceable,” about a kidnapper and killer. The other was “Jumper,” about a mother who abandons her 5-year-old child, who then can teleport himself.

Highly questionable behavior that may support a relationship between Baez and Anthony:

When Casey was out on bond, there were several times that she would spend six hours a day at Baez’s office including Saturdays. There’s nothing criminal about having a relationship with a client, but Schaeffer said there are ethical issues.

Usually taking the fifth means to most that you are guilty of something and don’t have to incriminate yourself. But there is room to put other interpretations on it, especially in this case.

Perhaps the family had made a deal with Baez and were promised they’d fall on the sword for Casey, if George is not asked about the molestation.

Could George’s GJ testimony ever be allowed into the trial? Or is that sealed from everybody forever? I’ve never felt George leveled with the GJ. He was already in Spindy mode at the time he testified.

HHJP’s made some grievous errors in this case, though. Seating juror #4 because he thought race was connected to the PT’s wanting to disallow her. They had the right because she said she couldn’t judge another person. It was against her religion! How bad a ruling was that!

And the second big error: allowing Cindy and George and Lee to sit in the courtroom hearing other witnesses, taking notes about what is being said, and telling their lawyer to have press conferences giving their spin while they are SEQUESTERED witnesses. How bad is that?

Of course the PT should have objected at the judge allowing the Anthonys , as witnesses to sit in on court testimony, but they didn’t.. The Anthony’s are bamboozlers and honest people are a grave disadvantage.

Third big error is holding Lawyer-in-training 101 class and giving Mr. BYazz the allowance to bugaloo the court and not be held responsible for his actions. Judge Perry threatens Mr. BYazz almost every day, but nothing comes from it. All empty threats from Judge Perry. He is afraid to not give BYazz his head because of appellate issues. Meanwhile the smarmy BYazz grins when the judge always cites both PT and DT for offenses. BYazz is the bad little boy who gets introuble and Judge Perry gets angry and punishes the good kid, too.

An old teacher trick. Not appreciated by the good kid. But BYazz grins because at least he took the good kid down with him. How bad is that, Judge Perry?

I come from a very weird family. I always thought mine was the more bizarre family of all time…that is, until I met this “clan”. How Lee can not speak of his sister’s pregnancy and how George can “lose it” right next to his oblivious narcissistic sham wife is truly beyond me.

If George had done this absurb thing (duct taping his beautiful grandchild, instead of calling an ambulance) …why would he let Casey sit in jail over 3 years for it, and further, why would he have come to almost all her court proceedings. None of that makes a bit of sense.

She was having a conversation with a man sitting to the left of her and was having a bit of a laugh and had a grin on her face. (It was during the second half of todays coverage, a few minutes before Cindy left the courtroom (bathroom visit?).
It’s sure a mixed up lot. I was thinking if they are going to stick to the ridiculous drowning story why does George have to say he abused Casey. They could say George and Casey were home and Caylee drowned and they knew they would face the wrath of Cindy so decided to try to cover it up. To believe that we would have to believe that Casey ran all around town and made phone calls to Cindy and everything else in between and George just waited out the time until Cindy found out Caylee was missing. Which also sounds unbelievable.
George couldn’t have made up the Zanny Nanny. If I remember correctly some people said Casey mentioned her before June 2008.

Notice that she isn’t sitting very close to him… not anything like was described a few days ago, ie they seem to be leaning on each other, etc. etc. I do think Baez met with them and planned the scheme of lying… the issue with the ladder, etc. He could very well commit suicide; he is impulsive as we have seen in his moments of anger. When they told their attorney that they knew Casey wasn’t innocent; I feel they meant it.. But Cindy being bossy and in control of the family… must of slept on it and felt she couldn’t let go of Casey. It was the next day when the story was different about their position. I don’t think they are as close as people think. And as far as Baez is concerned… why did he try to get Casey to plea bargain back in 2008; if he didn’t think she would be found guilty or was guilty???? THe entire family will never be the same and if Casey gets off the hook…. they will likely move out of State. IMO I wouldn’t let her move back in the home; she is likely the cause of all the disruption. As far as George taking the blame, I don’t think he would… and if someone tries to pin the murder on him… he may THEN reveal he knew it; and that he helped scheme the drowning. Either way; their life is a disaster and will be forever.

  32. Dr. Glass- do you no longer think Caylee could be an incest baby? I am confused. Are her family members “falling on the sword” or admitting culpability?
Do you think Casey is just EVIL- or a product of evil? If she was “made” the way she is- who is to blame- should she stand alone? Would Caylee have suffered the same fate? Have you sold out again?

  35. Liz- we will never agree- since you are obviously my philosophical opposite. But just for the sake of clarification: I consider the African American literal-slavery and then the economic-slavery travesties our country’s greatest sin.
Now, being from a 3rd-generation Oklahoma line of European and Native Americans – I surely believe America committed genocide- of equal and relative significance to that of the Germans (relative to the Jews)- against the native Americans.

What we did and continue to do the Native Americans is better hidden- than what we did and continue to do the African Americans- and for whatever reason- the nation and international community doesn’t seem to care. What we did to the Native Americans was worse in that they were mostly murdered and then effectively snuffed out as a race on reservations (genocide). We have not been able to achieve that with the African Americans. Interesting when you think that the Native Americans could not- would not- be “enslaved” (i.e. used a slaves) – yet- they allowed us to practically extinguish them

But, back to the African Americans- even though I am half native American and half European American- I do stand behind my original statement and I do think that what we did to the African American was worse- because we were ‘civilized” and our philosophical and social values were well thought out by then- and we STILL engaged in despicable acts and politics- and still do. Remember Rodney king- nothing has changed.

  37. If it truly was an accidental drowning, with George being in law enforcement he would have called the authorities. He would not have just thrown Caylee away like trash…even if he was “afraid” of the wrath of Cindy. Nobody would be where they are today if they would have reported “the accident”. And lying to help Casey just tells her that what she did is OK…and if thats the case lets just set her free so that she can do it again!! I hope he is not crazy enough to lie for her-she needs to be punished for her crimes, and Cindy needs to be held accountable for perjuring herself.

  39. What is wrong with these people? For 1 thing Cindy, George and Lee have been allowed to lie from the get go and not held accountable by anyone but the public. Cindy should have been in trouble whe she washed Casey’s clothes and sprayed Febreeze in the car and lied to the FBI with the hair brush thing. They have been allowed to lie and run amuck and spew “mistruths” with “absoluty” no reprecussions and they will continue to do so. I am from Missouri and in this state they would have already been charged with obstructing justice and lieing to the police. I have always wondered not one other realitive or any friends of the family have came forward to speak up for them. They don’t have any friends and their realitives are not that stupid. George seems to be the only one with any feelings for what is right and Lee I really believe he is mildly MR and is easily led by his mom. I wonder about Mallory what is wrong with her? I have a daughter a little older than Casey that I love with all my heart and a 18 mo old grandson and no way would I condone her murdering him no way no how. These people are just nutz and I hope when its all said and done are in jail right beside their beloved daughter.

  41. Dr. Glass: can you please comment on this photo from Saturday morning?

I try to tune in to what it is I am feeling when I see an expression on someone’s face and this reminds me of my dad realizing that he has to do something he really doesn’t want to do… like (in my dad’s case) accepting that someone had failed to do -or live up to – something … and trying to figure out how to solve it.

My father is dead now, sadly, but he had gone to law school and I remember when I saw an expression like this it was based on personal defeat, seeing no way out. Look at JB’s hands; bordering on clenching…. his jaw is tight, his shoulders drooping. Mason is looking at him with a funny twist to his jawline, almost like he is gritting his teeth. Casey’s looking at the screen and the angle tells me that she wants to support him (leaning into him) but her neck is very tense and she feels stretched – IMO – but I used to do photo-analysis as part of my job a long time ago.

Anyhow, I would appreciate your opinion to see if it approximates mine… and to get some understanding of what was going on Saturday… TNX

  42. I have watched this entire mess unfold from day one. This is what I now think after watching Lee Anthony on the stand, and after watching Cindy Anthony do yet again contradictory behavior: I do not think now, nor have I ever thought George Anthony was the bully/tyrant/abuser/user/and yes, even possible sexual molester in this family. Many people never think of the female first when it comes to sexual abuse, they automatically think it;s the male. Women can be sexual abusers, and after watching Lee Anthony contradict his earlier testimony and sworn statements, I now think CINDY is the sickest one in that family.

Think about it: Why was Lee Anthony sitting there crying like a baby about his Mother and Sister “leaving ” him out of Casey’s pregnancy? There is a huge amount of jealousy there. It seems both C& L vied for favor with Cindy. Lack of boundaries does not even begin to describe it.

Casey is a sociopath. I have no doubt of that, however, that does not make her insane, nor excuse her behavior.I believe she killed her own child to hurt her Mother in the only way she knew it would hurt most. Poor Caylee was a pawn in this family. After Cindy’s latest testimony, it was clear to me that Caylee was dispensible, sure she cried on the stand, however, she KNOWs Casey killed Caylee, yet is not willing to admit it, even while she allows her own son and husband to be savaged by the defense team. Why? Because Cindy has savaged her own family since it’s inception. Cindy is a master at manipulation herself, and Casey has learned well from her very own Mother.

-Cindy is controlling. It is clear that she was inconsistent with both C& L, and I would wager she pitted them against one another in many ways- mainly by excluding one or the other in the form of favoritism. Cindy is a tyrant, and is the controlling, dominating one in the family. Think about it. Caylee means nothing to Cindy at this point. It was ODD to watch her look at and testify about Caylee, the pool photo’s with Caylee in them, and then blatantly , defiantly twist and manipulate while under oath to tell the truth. Cindy can’t speak the truth, she is a tried and true LIAR, and has taught her family well.

Lee- I honestly think Lee is the invisible one in the family. He seems to be the one who has always kind of stodd silently by, while the squeaky wheel of Casey and Cindy make all the noise. Of course Lee will lie for Casey, and Lie he did. I think it is very possible that Lee may be the one to fall on the sword for his family- I think he may go as far as saying he was involved when he was not, thinking that he and Casey will both do time , but much less than if he remains quiet and takes no blame. PLUS, I do think he will do anything to make his Mother see him as the ” good child” who will help his family no matter what.

George- George is the submissive male in this family. Cindy dominates him, and I am sure rallied Casey to her side against him, and yes, even Lee at times. I think THAT is why Casey hates her Father- NOT because he sexually abused her, but because she sees him as a wimp who her Mother has pushed around and dominated.Casey loves/hates her Mother, instead tranferring all hate and contempt onto her Father. Sure George may have had affairs- why? to feel some form of CONTROL in the form of a secret that he relished in, and also to bolster his lack of self esteem.

Where was Caylee in all this? George more than likely loved that little girl more than he could ever describe, because she was something bright and beautiful and innocent in his world.I would imagine he was more than a little sad to see the influence that Cindy plyed in Caylees life, thinking that she would grow up to be another Casey, yet, I do think George loved Caylee and would have never hurt her, and certainly would never have tossed her away like trash.
Cindy, well, I think Cindy is just like Casey, I think Caylee was a pawn in the game of controlling Casey, and one upmanship. Cindy is/was more worried about outward appearances , that about what went on in secret- Caylee was a prop in Cindy’s life. Cindy blurred the boundaries with her children, that is very apparent. Her testimony , under oath , of looking up “inhalation”, etc instead of Casey was a farce- if an RN, who supposedly was a Superviser at work had to google that or any of the other things she googled, well, she is not too smart, since those are basic things a nurse should know.
Casey. Sociopath. I think she was a serial killer in training- meaning, I do believe she was trying to figure out a way to kill her entirte family and then say “oh, they moved and took Caylee with them!”. Why else was she laying the groundwork by telling friends that her parents were moving and giving her the house? I do believe Casey killed Caylee, and tossed her away like trash. There is NO way that the 31 days of partying/sleeping with her bf/stealing from her friend and shopping/ can be explained. Casey thinks she will get away with this because she thinks she is smarter than everyone. Just like her Mother. Cindy sits there, under oath and blantantly lies while giving Linda Drane Burdick this ” gotcha” smirk.

This whole case makes me sick. The fact that this mother killed her child, and may get away with it is sickening. I will be glad when this trial is over, but more importantly, I hope that someday soon, people really begin to to remember that Caylee was a living, breathing little child whose own family did not protect her, and will not have the decency to tell the truth about her death. The defense team has and continues to use Caylee as a nameless pawn by showing pictures of her around and in the pool.
SHAME ON CINDY ANTHONY FOR DISHONORING HER LITTLE GRANDDAUGHTER BY LYING AND TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK AS IF CAYLEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HER OWN DEATH.HOW DISGUSTING FOR CINDY TO TWIST AND MANIPULATE SOMETHING THAT CAYLEE OBVIOUSLY LOVED SO MUCH.THAT PRECIOUS LITTLE GIRL DESERVES TO BE HONORED WITH THE TRUTH.

SHAME ON CASEY ANTHONY FOR KILLING HER OWN CHILD AND THEN TOSSING HER IN A TRASH STREWN LOT TO ROT.I WOULD HOPE THAT YOUR DAUGHTER HAUNTS YOU, HOWEVER, I DO NOT BELIVE YOU HAVE A CONSCIOUS. HOW SAD IS IT THAT CAYLEE LOVED HER MOTHER AND HER FAMILY, YET THEY DISREGARDED HER AND CONTINUE TO DISREGARD HER AS AN INCONVENIENCE OF NO IMPORTANCE.

  43. George and Lee molested Casey her whole life. That’s why the family makes a point to come to her defense at all costs. Casey is twisted in every way because of this. George starts doing similar stuff to Caylee but in a sick way it makes Casey jealous. She gets into an argument with Cindy and offs Caylee. This scenario is the only way I can explain how demented those people are.

  44. Two problems that the prosecution has with the defense are the shoes, that Jose makes sound like she was barefoot, and the size of the shorts so that Jose can say someone unfamiliar with Caylee put them on her.

It has been bothering me for days about these two things, so I went into the evidence pictures and the list of bones. The shorts is the fastest to get rid of, since the whole back half of the shorts in the picture has a gathered elastic waist band, so they would have stretched out as she wore them and they were washed.
The shoes is a ugly thing to talk about , but the prosecution needs to be aware of.

I have said from the beginning that they needed to get someone from the forestry that knows about food sources in the scrub forests of Fla. I have been driving and living in part of the Ocala National Forest, and I see on a daily basis the effect of predators cleaning up the forest. The proof that she had shoes on when she was dumped there is that on the bone list there are only two small bones of the foot that were found. The reason for that is, all the ankle and below bones were in the shoes, and one or more predators took the shoes away with the feet inside to eat the food source inside the shoes in private and safety. So the proof is the lack of bones because they were removed to another area to be eaten while still in the shoes. If there had been no shoes, the bones would have been in the area of the rest of the remains.

  45. It’s so obvious Casey did the crime by herself. All you have to do is read the cell phone timeline. It gives the clues to when she kill Caylee. And when she got rid of her. She tried to blame the odor of the car on a dead squirrel. Yeah, right. I wonder how she felt riding around thinking she was all that, while her child was in the trunk decompossing. Very evil. She really was a thief with all those credit cards payments. Still Cindy Anthony won’t realize she has a monster for a daughter. How long did she think stealing and making up excuses about Caylee’s whereabouts would last. It at this website:

  46. All the analysis is correct of the emotions that are churning in George now, but not for further sacrifice. It is because of the illegal, totaly lacking in integrity mess he is in and probably could even land other cops into as well.

He would be despondant how as a cop he’d let Cindy have talked him into protecting Casey. Cindy would have wanted to believe Casey claiming Caylee died by another’s impulsive action. Supposedly Casey either allowed not seeking medical help in time or accepted the other didn’t mean to kill Caylee, dead now and would ruin that person’s life. Once Casey accepted sparing them, she then became a seriously jail offending accomplice. The argument would be Casey is so sorry, Caylee being dead can’t be undone and one bad unintended event isn’t worth Casey loosing her life.

In a few rare cases cops support this illegal private justice and it is in life terms the right call. George realises he made this call that had word given to other cops in an underground manner, who then went with it, in good faith. So that’s why it was so sloppy with cops avoiding finding Caylee.

George knows he really knew better, this was Casey, scoring like the recidivists crims he knew, usually doing endless petty crimes never changing, as it’s all about them. The ones not even capable of gang loyalty.

If investigated there is another senior cop , or more who can go under. When George looks in the mirror, he is confronted by the mug of a crooked ex cop, a stupid, spineless man, sunk because of undeserving Casey and wife who wants to look better than she is in family terms.

Furthermore, the trusting little tot, the last time in their hands was dealt with disrespectfully. Caylee’s little body was shifted around like something offensive. All so they could hide, obscure justice and prove somethings happened while Casey was in jail – in case the body ever was found.
What adds to George’s dismay is that their deceit never ends, even on oath, sounding transparently inane and isn’t fooling anyone. Strangers with real compassion cry out, “Justice for Caylee!” While he the patriarch of the family, the one meant to have been a protector and provider of his grandaughter works to obscure the child justice continuing to evade that child’s truth.
That comes after failing to protect Caylee’s life. A strong man wether by good character or even recognised for his fists for the end of the line behaviour would have a daughter know the jepordy she would be in to do such and never dare.

George isn’t about to sacrifice himself for Casey, but knows he can’t live like that anymore. He’d rather be free behind bars, gladly turn himself in rather than rot in his private prison and be a figure of ridicule and marked as spineless with no integrity. Yet that avenue is closed to him too, since there are others that were drawn in to help and would go down too. So that would make him a further spineless self seeker, bring down others to relieve his concience.

George’s only solution is death, he must commit suicide and is too drained to easily do that. George is accepting he ends his life like a low, spineless, idiot where no prior achievements or good he did counts for anything.

He can understand his mitigating circumstances, though knows there is really no excuse again for his weaknesses. These being his proness to impulsivity and simplest fixes. These escapist tendencies chosen too often, his avoiding the tough and true paths come to be eventually defining him.

George is facing getting the courage to die. Wether by his own hand or some annoyed cops or others who feel betrayed since Casey was not as portrayed to them. He knows they could be planning an accident of a terminal type for him.

Once the body was found and examined, he knew Casey had lied and had done it, but it was too late to talk then. In this trial he and Cindy started as relatively truthful witnesses. Only untill Baez would have said to curb it, or Casey will crack, divulging, even distorting their participation and becoming so insane she could still get off.

I suspect that Casey would claim she wanted later to confess, but her parents insisted on concealment. Regarding premeditation, if seeming to be proven, Casey could claim it was one thing to think sometimes she wanted Caylee gone, but so different after. Yes, relieved at first with denial of significance.Further on afterwards she discovered how devestating it was in the reality and finality. The horror and guilt of what she’d done sank in. Furthermore, does anyone know how anyone can explain that to anyone’s parents. .Some women go through that with abortions underestimating how they can feel afterwards.

Personally I see Casey as a psychopath, cruel enough to have even enjoyed killing Caylee, without a shred of conscience or feelings for her afterwards. Casey is so lacking she can’t imagine those feelings of bereverment. Baez isn’t much different, but would have an abstract knowledge of such, though not enough personal insight to get beyond any blank response from Casey if trying out that angle with her.

The body languge analysis is spot on. It opened my eyes to see how and to what George is reacting to. My being unknown does allow me to express speculation of seeming probable guilt and events than the writer can in her professional public capacity. It was because how well the reactions were analysed in this article I could see how strongly George is looking at death again
In all honesty, it is his only option. He has hit the point of no return.
