Now there is more fallout in this Jon and Kate Gosselin saga. It’s the dogs Shoka and Nala. Because of the upcoming divorce, Jon has reluctantly send the dogs back to the breeder. As you can see from these photos the dogs are super sad with their tails hanging down. They don’t want to leave . In fact one of the dogs reaches out to Jon with his snout and tries to get Jon’s attention. Jon has feelings towards the dog as well as his body language reveals. See him lean his body into the dog as the dog nudges Jon’s hand. We also see Jon scratching his head as the cages are being prepared to take the dogs away. This indicates that Jon is feeling uncomfortable about the decision and wondering if it was really such a good idea to get rid of the dogs after all.
We all know that neat freak Kate couldn’t stand the dogs as she admitted on the show because they were so “dirty”. So she most likely never gave them much attention or affection. But the kids did a love them up and that not having Shaka and Nala around going to be a huge loss for them.
What will they say when they come home from school? What will they do? These poor little kids have had enough to deal with emotionally with the loss of their parent’s marriage and witnessing all of the parental fighting and bad feelings. Now they have yet another emotional trauma with which to deal – the loss of their beloved pets.
