Dr. Lillian Glass Shares Views on Baby Lisa Case From Body Language and Communication Perspective

Countless readers  and fans of my work have asked my opinion  on the body language of  missing Baby Lisa’s parents. After my detailed and comprehensive  analysis of the  Casey Anthony case , only to see a child killer go free and see her  obnoxious  parents exploit the media and  make millions off of  baby’s death, the last  thing I wanted to do was to get involved in reporting another  story of a disturbed mother and he mysteriously  But  missing child.

But I have done so. I see so many similarities and patterns in this case ……..

  1. So the man seen late that night walking with a baby, may have been a decoy.

    • I agree Susan. It sounds like something a guilty party would say, and/or their attorney, to cast doubt, in case the DA charges one of them, or both, with murder.

I sort of understand why the mom has not been arrested yet. The detectives must separate her from her husband, and since she was the care-giver/guardian (custodial parent), when the child went missing,…she should be arrested. However,I think they may be delaying because they do not want another Casey Anthony case. It’s highly likely they are not sure exactly, what to charge her with, i.e. murder, neglect (which she is guilty of), conspiracy, etc., or who to charge, for that matter.

With no body, and little material evidence, I am sure the DA wants to be extremely careful charging the mom, and/or dad. I don’t think anybody else was involved in this child’s disappearance. Since the mom was ‘allegedly’ drunk, and I would assume (correctly or not), that she would not take Lisa somewhere far from the home, to dispose of her, and leave the two boys alone. However, I could be wrong here, but I don’t know if the couple owned two cars, or not.

Things just don’t make sense. The mom got ‘allegedly’ drunk, early in the evening, with the responsibilities of three minor children. Put the baby to bed, who was ‘fussy’ at approximately 6:30 p.m. I do not believe that baby Lisa slept all night long. If the baby was not feeling well, or not, she would need to be fed again, and/or medicated at regular intervals. I don’t know a baby, that age who goes to bed at 6:30 p.m., and sleeps for twelve hours.

My guess is that the mom knows what happened, may have hurt the baby, with or without her husband’s help, then disposed of her. If the father is involved, the detectives need to expand the search. He came home around 3:30 a.m., and could have easily driven the body further away from home, than the mother could have while watching the boys while they slept, if she did not have a car at her disposal.

As far as the account of the house being unlocked, doors open, and lights on, a window open and stuck open, when the father came home, could be part of the kidnapping scenario, that the parents agreed to, prior to calling the police. Couple this with the alleged theft of all of the cell phones,…it just does not wash.

I pray this child is safe, but the cadaver dogs hit on the bedroom rug, and that does not bode well. These highly trained animals do not hit on dirty diapers, toenail clippings, as per Tacapino, attorney for the parents. Nor do they hit on pizza boxes, left in trunks.

These parents were financially strapped, and the family structure is sketchy. The boys have different fathers, etc. Also, the father was working late that evening, outside of his regular employment, to help with bills. I do not know if the mother worked. More than likely, the financial stress, coupled with the stress of raising three very young children, turned into something ugly. I hope they can arrest the mom, and/or the dad, or both, soon, but the DA will need as much material evidence as can be gathered, before moving in this matter.

  2. Dr. Glass, I attempted to use the above link, but again, I got a ‘threat’ notice from my anti-virus program. However, when I went to the home page, and actually checked on your site: http://www.drhlillianglass.com, my anti-virus program reported that your site was safe. The problem seems to be on the links that you are using. Have your run an anti-virus program on your computer lately? Since this has happened twice, using your links, I think it would be advisable.

Also, thank you for posting about Baby Lisa. I will go to your site, using your web address above, and try to find this article.

  3. Sorry about the ‘h’ in the above link….I copied it incorrectly. Dr. Glass’ web site is: http://www.drlillianglass.com

However, the link posted by Dr. G, indicates a problem. The website does not reflect same.

    • I ran a scan, and evidently, some unknown person is attempting a low-level attack, referred to as W32.bugger worm. It appears as a baby picture, asks you to look at it, and then attempts a hack.

I am not an expert, but wanted to post. Considering that Dr. G’s site is on the web, and popular, it happens. Please run an anti-virus on your machine(s) Dr. G. Ty.

  4. Dr. G, your site is down!

  5. I too see similarity’s to the Anthony case. I do not believe it was a kidnapping.
Rather an accident. I also believe Mom got drunk After the fact. She appears very stressed and anxiety on tape while buying the wine. Take a closer look.
Also, in the parents first statements to the press, the father is giving the Mother the ” don’t say anything wrong and screw this up” look. He consistently looks at her or looks down-never looking into the cameras.
They are hindering the search for Lisa by hiding out and being uncooperative.
If my child or Grandchild went missing and I had nothing to do with it, I would be doing a Mark Class-give me a lie detector, search all you need, take anything from my home, take my dna, then get on with and find the real perp!

    • There is, most assuredly, a similarity between the cases. I agree Lynn, but in the Anthony case, the state sought the death penalty, but the material evidence was almost non-existent. Couple that with the jury’s inability to logically connect-the-dots, and the state’s case fell apart.

We’re still not sure what actually happened to Caley Anthony, causing her death, but we are sure that Casey contributed to it. Either by her inaction, or action. Neither was proven. In other words, she did it, but the jury would not convict without the ‘how’. The jury failed to see that she was guilty of the remaining charges in that she was negligent, rising to the level of child abuse. She should be in jail.

I don’t want to see another child murdered by it’s parents, to watch the guilty party(s) walk. The baby did not commit suicide! That’s how ridiculous the CA case appears. Caley did not kill herself…neither did Baby Lisa.

  6. I had to go a round-about way of finding the entire article. The link above should work. I just checked it after I posted it and it worked. Hope it works for everybody else!

    • I agree Kitt, and thank you for posting the link. Unfortunately, after viewing the video, it is apparent that the Casey Anthony case, has triggered the ‘domino effect’, yet again.

Baby Lisa’s parents are the guilty parties here, but until we are able to discern which one, actually killed the child, justice will have to be delayed. I do not want to see a situation where they are both charged with involuntary manslaughter. Babies do not fight back, or provoke murder. I want to see a first degree murder charge leveled against one, and manslaughter, or second degree, against the other. It did not take two to kill this child, and from the video, my guess is the the father is responsible, and mom is covering for him.

Once mom is arrested, perhaps she will realize that protecting her hubby, will not serve her purpose, and she will squeal. My guess is that when that happens, they are both going to jail, and the above scenario will play out. One on death row, the other locked up for a very long time. I just hope that the material evidence supports the charges leveled by the state.

    • Ty Kitt :)

  7. Again, Dr. Glass hit the nail on the head! Dr. Glass give insightful, cohesive, and intelligent observations, in her article, on her website, regarding Baby Lisa’s parents.

The only problem I have with the ‘accident’ scenario is that, if it was an accident, and the baby rolled off of the bed, or was suffocated (by accident), then why not just tell the truth? Linda Kenny Baden, prosecutor in the Anthony case, said it best,… ” Why make an accident, look like a murder(kidnapping)?”
In essence, Ms. Baden is asking why an individual would ask for the wrath of God, when they could simply tell the truth, and get a slap on the hand? It makes no sense. The analogy may be flawed, but I think you get where I am going with this.

The above tells me that it was not an accident. It was planned, premeditated. The only question in my mind is which parent actually murdered Baby Lisa? However, they are both culpable.

It’s now up to the state, and without forensic evidence pointing to one or the other, or both, the state must be very careful in leveling it’s charges against the parent(s). That very fact, is what crippled the state’s charges in the Anthony case, plus the jury was oblivious to the remaining charges that they were appointed to deliberate. The level needed to trigger the death penalty, could not be proved.

I hope our prosecutors learned a lesson from the Anthony case. Bring charges that can be substantiated in a court of law, so that the guilty party(s) suffer the proper consequences. This was not the case in the Anthony trial…the prosecution reached too high to activate the death penalty…though they did an excellent job in triggering the remaining charges. The jury just simply failed to address them.

    • Linda Kenney Baden was NOT the prosecutor in the Anthony case, and she did NOT say that.

      • sugarfoot (deb)…if you knew it was not Linda Baden, why not just post the correct statement, and attribute it to the proper party? Why do you always look for a fight?

Anyway, sugarfoot (cough) is correct. The prosecutor who made the statement: “Why make murder look like an accident?”, was in fact I agree Susan. It sounds like something a guilty party would say, and/or their attorney, to cast doubt, in case the DA charges one of them, or both, with murder.

I sort of understand why the mom has not been arrested yet. • Katsie a/k/a Kate – November 3, 2011 at 12:58

There’s no reply button Katsie so I’m referring to your post and hope it falls where it should go,LoL
Usually I would reply to each statement but I don’t have to in this case because I could not agree more with every single thing you said and Loved this one..

These highly trained animals do not hit on dirty diapers, toenail clippings, as per Tacapino, attorney for the parents. Nor do they hit on pizza boxes, left in trunks.LoL

Anyway,IMHO yes,she knows exactly where Lisa is!
That dad blows me away,I think he missed his calling…..He’d been a great Mime? LoL

      • I have said it before and will say it again. The Mothers comment to the press ” I don’t know, maybe someone just wanted a baby” smells of a baby sale for cash that they needed, and a kidnap BS to cover up the sale!

      • Well, sugarfoot (deb), why didn’t you just make the correction, instead of posting in such a ‘snarky’ manner? hmm…

I don’t understand why people have to behave in such juvenile ways. Just post the corrected statement.

Sorry everybody, but the Prosecutor who said “Why make murder look like an accident?” in the Casey Anthony trial, is Linda Drane Burdick. Oopsy, my bad ;)…

    • Jeff Ashton said it. Not Linda Drane Burdick either. Did you watch the trial?

      • If you know this, why don’t you just post the link…it does not require a rebuttal, unless you are looking for an argument, which you will not get from me. This isn’t Jeopardy.

The statement was first spoken by Ashton, and Burdick repeated it in closing…period.

I will not address you again, not if you continue to attack in a hostile manner, including any continual attacks on me. This is a very feeble attack on character. Those who know me, know I don’t play dat…go away, or post like a grown-up. Done.

      • I don’t get it either, some people you just can’t please no matter what you do!
If I had that much negativity inside me,I’d use it in ways that would be most helpful,Like finishing Sindy or Kc off? Complain to people who deserve it for cruing out loud!

  8. I have a strong intuition that the baby was sold for money. The cops need to dig into their finances. Mom stated ” Maybe someone just wanted a baby” Bet they did and paid good money.
Happens more than anyone will ever really know.

    • I pray you’re wrong! It sure doesn’t look good though!

  9. Sorry Guys,I don’t want to clutter this board with things that don’t belong but I feel I have to this one time,LoL I wasn’t sure you all saw my last post on the other one and It’s important for me to say this~

Katsie, since day one of learning about this case I have been the probably the biggest single supporter of the WM3 I’m sure,If not,I I’m close,I am not bragging but I say this because I have spent countless posting, reading, ccp’ing,
discussing as well as bought the movies, books etc…and I’m not kidding you I started a few days ago as you all know putting documents together from the case file and all ,sometimes 2 nights in a row without sleeping and would have went longer had I not made myself quit for a night,I very seriously doubt there are many bloggers who don’t know me and my posts and how passionate I can get about certain cases and when I heard this one,It killed me that three little boy’s were murdered and SIX little boys lives were taken and the killer roams free and thought I knew all there was to know about the case and i constantly put the word out about the Injustice that was done by the WMPD and I say all this because as of Friday/Saturday around 2:am I became a Non -Supporter ( alittle to late now) by reading about the case as it actually happened and there was no doubt in my mind by reading just that one document basically and I am terrified to think about Damiens wife Lori? Did she take the documenatary to account or did she read what I just now read? If she did then I don’t think she could say they’re Innocent? and I now believe they are guilty and here I helped put them back on the street and I’m having a hard time because not only did I support it but many people who became supporters took my word for it and delved into the case by what was told to them by ME who btw believed a documentary that was well put together, and I think maybe the “poor little boys raised dirt poor and misfits” were accused for that reason alone” and being adopted as a child I could relate to that because that was the time when adoption was looked down upon and I was the only child in school / anywhere that I knew of who was an adoptee though I was never picked on for it because I spent my life laughing when someone even tried so it didn’t last long if someone did, again in 1977 I was 14 yrs old and had a pacemaker implanted and thats back when nobody ever even heard of one to be honest and they were new and designed so that it looked like I carried a can of Skoal in my pocket and again the kids in school rolled and made jokes that I had to put an extension cord up my butt to charge it..LoL Again I just rolled with them and made fun of it myself,I’d say shux no,that’s my spare biscuit incase I get hungry LoL anyway that’s why I think I related to the poor boy thing but poor or not I know I could never hurt a child let alone stomp them todeath, tie them up back to back, they were defenceless by being 8 yrs old and yet tied up and beat to death and you guys know my husband was very defenceless as well,Riight? The boys ligatures (which was a mystery nobody could figure out because of the way they were tied but now it all fits into place )and beat them todeath and I can’t imagine the horror those little boys faced or that I helped and in some ways praised them for it basically and I’m sure my post is a jumble but I am so ashamed but I have to straighten it out somehow and apologize for being so blind,Just wanted yall to know because I was feeding you all the same garbage i fed myself! God Bless those little boys!

    Cathy Elkins – October 29, 2011 at 7:56 pm

  10. Cathy, please do not be so hard on yourself! At the time you were involved, this material was not available. If it had been, you would have seen what you now are able to see. It’s not your fault that you felt passionate enough to help. Honestly Cath, I wish more people felt impassioned enough to get involved. I think this nation, our legal system to be more accurate, would be in much better shape.

Do not let this stop you from getting involved again. You have a very distinct, and different take on these child abduction, kidnapping, murder cases. Abuse takes many forms, but you deserve to be commended on the way that you handled the ‘taunting’. Laughter is the best medicine :).

However, as I said, do not pull away from these cases. The above information just became available, so there is absolutely no way you could have known any of it. In our system, guessing is not enough. It requires proof, and this proof was not there when you began.

In my opinion, these three will get into trouble again. They have spent a decade behind bars, and now what? What will they do for incomes, because they are not permitted to publish books, go on interviews, etc., to make money. They have no skills, and this country is in a deep economic recession. If they really want to be good citizens, that will have to wait to be seen. Time will tell.

I do agree, after reading the latest information on these three, that it’s beyond a reasonable doubt that they were involved in these little boys murders. But at trial, the evidence was just not there, and what was available was so poorly maintained, labeled, and stored, that it was basically useless.

You did what you could do, with what you had to work with Cath. That’s nothing to be ashamed of.

Like you, I don’t want to see children abused, neglected, and certainly not murdered. The thing I have learned over the years is that you cannot change the past,…that’s over and done with, but you can make change to the present day, and the future. Work for that! Move forward, and trust your convictions. Remember, you altered your opinion based upon facts, not guess-ta-mets. That says a great deal about your being able to think logically, and disregard the minutia. Do you realize how many cannot do that??? Tons of people. They allow their emotions to cloud the material facts of a case. So, move on girl, and keep plugging away!!! :)

    • Katise,
Thank You for understanding! That helps way more than I can even find the words for myself,I wondered how could I miss that because it was things I’d never seen and within the very first document my blood chilled and I knew,I knew they were guilty! What those little boys went through is unbearable to think of and to think their Justice is basically the same as Caylee’s! I was so ticked this morning because I saw an article of Damien & Lori and it was on “Clelebrities”? Remind you of someone?
What in the world are we doing to our Children who grow up to be Adults?
I got down for a little bit because I care what people think of me and it’s untelling how many I led astray but I figure now,I could back off but why would I? If my voice was heard when I thought they were Innocent…then Why can’t it be now because I am 100% positive the three of them were who did this? And my name ain’t ChattyCathy for nothing! LoL Like you,I too think they’ll be in jail again for something, hopefully not for the same crime but I already see that and I also think Damien chose his words well and put on a persona but now that he’s free,It doesn’t seem to occur to him just how lucky he really is? By getting out to begin with, how soon we forget?
One thing I do know is there’s no way Lori,Celebrities etc…. could have read what I read? Not possible..that’s how quick it opened my eyes!

How many poor children who dressed differently or used drugs and alcohol or couldn’t afford an attorney to fight the system took those experinces to make their lives better? Not too many end up killers? Like I said about Kc waiting 31 days? If an unhappy childhood caused her to kill Caylee there’d be plenty more Mother’s waiting 31 days and then only because their Mother called 911 then?

      Echols Interview 1995

“Two things that I don’t have time for is stupidity and ugliness,” Echols said in a 1995 death row interview. “And Jessie Misskelley had both those qualities.”
But once the press conference ended, they went separate ways. Echols and Baldwin boarded Vedder’s Mercedes van, while Misskelley climbed into an aging white sedan where his father, “Big Jessie” Misskelley, greeted him in the back seat.
The Misskelley family had a visitor Saturday afternoon — Echols’ sister, Michelle. 34. She said Damien, who also grew up in the blighted trailer parks around West Memphis, told her following his release Friday that he’s leaving the Mid-South and has no intention of coming back.
“He’ll not return to Arkansas,” she said.

      • :)@Cathy…keep on keepin’ on girl!

  11. Thank you Cath, again :). I could not ‘reply’ under your response to my post either.

    As an aside,…..Billy-Goat-Gruff lives,…hehe….;)

    • Ty for the post Cathy, with the timeline in regard to Baby Lisa’s disappearance.

From the article, posted in Cathy’s link, of 11-4-11, the police have, evidently, recovered ‘evidence’ from each search they have done. I suppose the evidence is not sufficient, as of yet, for the DA to bring charges. Once the DA has what he/she needs, the degree of the charge will be determined, and the guilty party(ies), will be charged accordingly.

From what happened in the Anthony fiasco, I’m sure the DA wants to be careful here. The criminal charge has to be provable, in a court of law, and we all know the ineptitude of the Anthony jury.

Right now, the DA in the Baby Lisa case has enough to charge the other with neglect/abuse, but the child is still missing. Until the DA can determine what actually happened to Baby Lisa, charges will be stalled, as well an arrest(s).

  12. Cathy Elkins, I sent you a friend request on Facebook….I hope I got the right “Cathy Elkins”….:).

    • oh wow, you’re a fb’er,LoL I hadn’t even thought of that, I hated fb my first few times but now I like it! I found 2 of my 2nd grade classmates on fb,LoL
      even tried it,LoL

      • Cath, the only reason I went to FB was because the group’s can be controlled. If you get a troll or two, you can boot them. I don’t like kicking unless it gets really bad, because sometimes people just have bad days. The MOTD should take care of that permission…no compliance,…gone. It’s fair, and will stop the bickering.

I did the same on FB. My high school class reunion met up there, and then we all set it up, and had one last year. It was wonderful! Sorry about invading your space,…you don’t have to accept any friend request,…just let me know about the blog. Ty. :)

      • no,don’t worry about that? You didn’t invade me? period~ I see now i goofed up in my reply to you though.I DIDN’T LIKE FB MUCH THEN BUT I FINALLY LEARNED HOW IT WORKS AND THE MORE FRIENDS THE BETTER AS LONG AS THEY DON’T CROSS LINES,like one guy did,lol
he’s history and thats what i like about it,lol
I hope you get this msg,I have company till prolly 8? but will get right back to it after, whatever you wanna add, delete?? PLEASE DO!and please don’t feel bad ok???????????????? Thats why I’m the gabber and you guys are the logical and informative ones, lol sorry caps?

      • Tried to find you on FB also. I just asked if you were Chatty. Haven’t received an answer yet.

      • I haven’t received it Hwill?????? LoL I am Cathy Elkins on FB!
        I don’t know how Katsie found me,lol

    • Hang on,Maybe I’ll just go ahead and fix a blog or something and it’ll be somewhere we can all meet up and discuss what ever case we want,I have been afraid to because I hate starting something I can’t devote alot of time too but yall already know how often I am available,LoL 3 yrs ago I had one for Haleigh Cummings and a friend????? I trusted (did trust) taught me a huge lesson in who get’s ops and who don’t? then I had to delete what it took months to build because of him and I swore never again,How would you guys feel about a “JUSTICE ” blog? where we can discuss any case we choose??? in other words we don’t have to stick to only one,we’ll bounce like bunnies,LoL

      • I love your idea Cath!!!! I’ve done the whole ops thing too, but I was helping a friend, so my knowledge in this area, is limited. Basically, I babysat a chat room, and did all the boot, voice, etc. thingys.

I am around all the time, but I’ve got to tell you irc is not a friendly place. At least that’s what I know about it, and that was about five years ago.

I like the blog idea very much. As long as you retain admin control, and allow your ops to block, etc. Just the basics for people like me, if you want me to babysit. :).

I love the name for the blog! Just let me know where, and if you want help.

  13. I’m working on a group where we can chat. Blogs are way too complicated for me. Anyway, I don’t know how to publicize it and manage who chats, and who does not. I do not think any of us wants ‘annoyance’ to be a part of the group. We just want to talk about the law, our court system, etc. Got any ideas? Ty.

  14. OH Katsie, lol i am a nut? You don’t like a blog right? LoL I DON’T KNOW WHY I DIDN’T CATCH THAT? Wasn’t trying to take your idea from you?

  15. I don’t know how to set on up Cath. I was hoping ‘somebody’ (hehe) could do the blog, and I would chat. I am so NOT techo-savy. I can type,…;). What do you think about this idea?

  16. one….oops…I guess I can’t type ;)…hehe

  17. Katsie and everybody,LoL Delete my link from your mind,I goofed and that didn’t work because my google albums are in a different nic and I’d have to switch back and fro and for me that ain’t good,I can barely function as it is with this brain,LoL BUT I am going to build a forum? Is that Okay with yall and I promise Dr.Glass not to put anymore idle talk on your blog but I had no way of getting the message to the others.

  18. http://seekingjusticeforvictims.blogspot.com/2011/11/baby-lisa-irwin-missing-witness.html
    Guy’s,here it is! See ya there,I HOPE,LOL

    • Cath, I love it!!! I’m going over there to read, and post! Ty Cathy,…outstanding Blog!!! :)

    • I love your new Blog Cath!!! I hope our friends from here, will come over and post. Thank you again for doing this Cathy :)

  19. hwill, where are you???? hehe…:). We’re posting like crazy on Cathy’s new blog, and miss all of you very much! I just posting something that I think is truly insightful, if I say so myself, in regard to Casey Anthony, and the ZG case. Cathy said that she fixed the posting problem, so please try again. I miss my posting buddies!!! Here’s the link: http://seekingjusticeforvictims.blogspot.com/2011/11/baby-lisa-irwin-missing-witness.html
